2000-SCAN | Scanner card for DM6500 / DAQ6510

This product is designed as a scanner card for the Keithley DMM6500 multimeter, but the scanner card is also compatible with the Keithley 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2010 multimeters. For example, the Keithley DMM6500 multimeter is equipped with a scanner card slot for the 2000-SCAN scanner card. With the 2000-SCAN scanner card you can use up to 10 channels for 2-pole measurements or 5 channels for 4-pole measurements with your Keithley multimeter. Please note the additional uncertainties with regard to the maximum input signal and contact resistance - the values can be found in the enclosed data sheet.
