DMM6500 | 6½-digit digital multimeter with 15 measuring functions

The Keithley DMM6500 is a state-of-the-art laboratory/system digital multimeter. Its outstanding feature is the generous 5-inch 6½-digit touchscreen display that provides intuitive interaction and clear visualization of measurement data. Ideal for both the laboratory and system integration, this DMM ensures precise results across 15 measurement functions, including capacitance and various temperature sensors (RTD, thermistor, thermocouple).

The device features a high-speed 1 MS/s digitizer for capturing voltage or current waveforms, eliminating the need for additional equipment. With its advanced DCV accuracy of 25 PPM for one year, you can extend your calibration intervals and optimize productivity. Equipped with standard USB-TMC, LXI/Ethernet interfaces as well as optional GPIB and RS-232 modules, the DMM6500 adapts seamlessly to various measurement environments.

Designed to meet the demands of modern electronics, the DMM6500 supports multi-channel scans with up to 10 channels, facilitating automated measurements and system profiling. Whether you want to analyze complex waveforms or profile the performance of battery-powered devices, the DMM6500 is your reliable partner for precise, meaningful measurements.

  • Large internal memory for up to 7 million readings.
  • Multilingual modes including SCPI, TSP scripting, and emulation modes for Keithley 2000 and Keysight 34401A.
