The 62000H series offers advantages for telecommunications, automated test systems, battery tests for hybrid vehicles and solar module simulation. These advantages consist of precise readback of current and voltage as well as the ability of complex pulse-like signals to test the behavior of the DUT. With the 62000H power supply series, up to 10 devices can be operated in parallel.
There are 100 user programmable input states on the front panel for automated test applications and ON / OFF life tests. The 62000H also has a 16-bit digital control with readings on a bright vacuum fluorescent display. The DC power supplies of the 62000H series can be operated very easily via the keypad on the front panel or with the remote control via USB / RS232 / RS485 / APG (standard) and GPIB & Ethernet (option). Thanks to the compact size of only 3U, the devices can easily be stacked in a standard rack on a work table.
Another special feature of the 62000H power supplies is their ability to create complex, jerky DC waveforms. With this capability, the devices are able to test DC voltage drops, pulse spikes and other voltage deviations, making them the ideal choice for aerospace device tests, inverter tests and other devices that are subject to voltage interruptions. Applications include testing DC / DC converter & inverter voltage drop, motor start-up simulations, automated battery charging, life test of electronic products, etc.
