The Chauvin Arnoux thermal imaging camera CA 1954 was specially developed with a view to ease of use and it meets all requirements for building thermography, as well as for testing and maintenance work in electrical and mechanical systems:

  • Heat efficiency audits
  • Troubleshooting for thermal bridges, air leaks, damp areas, etc ...
  • Electrical maintenance: detection of defective contacts, load asymmetries ...
  • Mechanical maintenance: detection of wear points, engine overheating, lubrication problems, etc ...

The CA 1954 can be networked with other measuring instruments via Bluetooth without any problems, so that additional measured values from current clamps, environmental measuring devices, such as current, temperature, humidity, dew point, etc ... can be recorded at the same time.

Product features:

  • the camera is easy to hold and all functions can be operated with one hand
  • Exceptionally long battery life of 9 hours with standard NiMH or alkaline batteries
  • Networking with clamp-on current transformers, multimeters and environmental measuring devices to take additional measurements at the same time, such as current strength, other influencing variables or the dew point, in order to discover areas at risk of mold
  • Direct addition of voice comments to the images
  • Renaming of photo and thermal images according to the test location
  • Recording of the camera configurations depending on the type of application
