4200A-SCS | Mainframe analyzer parameter

Accelerate research, reliability and failure analysis studies for semiconductor devices, materials and process development with the Keithley 4200A-SCS. The powerful parameter analyzer offers you synchronized measurements for current-voltage (IU), capacitance-voltage (CU) and ultra-fast pulsed IU measurements.

The Keithley 4200A-SCS Parameter Analyzer is fully customizable and upgradeable so you can add the instruments / modules you need now or later.

The 4200A-SCS Clarius GUI-based software offers clear, uncompromising measurement and analysis capabilities. Equipped with embedded measurement technology know-how and hundreds of ready-to-use application tests, the Clarius software enables you to quickly and safely delve into your research.

The Keithley Parameter Analyzer is also available as a pre-configured bundle. Choose between High Resolution IV (Item No. 4200A-SCS-PK1), High Resolution IV and CV (Item No. 4200A-SCS-PK2) and High Power IV and CV (Item No. 4200A- SCS-PK3) and you get the mainframe including SMUs, preamplifiers and other modules tailored to the application.
