4200-SMU | Medium Power Source Measure Unit (SMU) for 4200A-SCS

The 4200-SMU is a key module of the 4200A-SCS Parameter Analyzer that enables precise current-voltage characterization up to ±210 V and 100 mA or 1 A. With resolutions of up to 100 fA and optionally 10 aA through a preamplifier, it is ideal for high-precision analysis of semiconductors and materials. The module also supports very low frequency CV measurements, offers four-quadrant operation and is fully customizable and upgradeable to flexibly adapt to different requirements.
