4225-PMU | Ultra-Fast Pulse Measure Unit for 4200A-SCS parameter analyzer

The Keithley 4225-PMU (Pulse Measure Unit) is an essential component of the 4200A-SCS parameter analyzer. It enables ultra-fast I-V measurements with a pulse width of up to 10 ns and a sampling rate of 200 MSa/s. The PMU offers a voltage range of ±40 V (80 V peak-to-peak) and a current range of ±800 mA, ideal for applications such as NBTI/PBTI characterization and dynamic memory measurements. The 4225-PMU is particularly useful for the investigation of semiconductor devices that require precise detection of fast transient effects.
