4201-SMU | Medium Power Source Measure Unit (SMU) high capacitive for 4200A-SCS

The Keithley 4201-SMU is a high-precision Source-Measure-Unit (SMU) within the 4200A-SCS Parameter Analyzer. It combines voltage and current source with ammeter and voltmeter for accurate DC-I-V measurements. With four-quadrant capability, it can both source and sink current and supports load capacitances up to 10 µF. Optionally, it offers extremely low current measurements down to 10 aA with the 4200-PA remote preamp. Ideal for precise characterization in the semiconductor industry and other demanding applications.
