The Tektronix TMDP0200 is a high voltage differential probe with a bandwidth of up to 200 MHz and the ability to safely measure differential voltages up to ±750 V. It is ideal for applications that require precise measurement of floating circuits, such as power electronics, motor drive and power supply designs. The probe is equipped with the TekVPI® interface, which enables intelligent communication with compatible oscilloscopes and provides access to all relevant probe settings and controls directly from the oscilloscope display.
