The outstanding performance of the oscilloscopes of the MSO / DPO70000 series, combined with intelligent functions for the acquisition and analysis of signals, enables many measurement tasks to be completed faster during the entire design cycle as well as in research and development.
With the extremely low noise figure and real-time sampling rates of up to 50 GSa / s on all four channels, the DPO70000 series ensures outstanding signal integrity for signal and timing analysis without distortion of the measurement. Single shot bandwidths of up to 23 GHz on all four channels ensure that the signals to be examined are acquired without undersampling if more than one or two channels are used.
The convenient pinpoint triggering minimizes the time required to detect signal anomalies and thus enables efficient and quick troubleshooting. Extensive, automatic analysis tools for serial buses such as PCI Express, 8b / 10b-encoded serial data, I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, FlexRay, RS-232/422/485 / UART, USB 2.0, HSIC, MIL-STD-1553B as well MIPI C-PHY and M- / D-PHY are optionally available.
In the new issue of “dataTec unboxed” we present the new InfiniiVision HD3 oscilloscopes from Keysight with 14-bit ADC.
