PZ2100A | Precision Source/Measure Unit Mainframe (SMU), 4 slots, 1U

The modular Source Measure Unit (SMU) of the Keysight PZ2100 series combines full flexibility, a wide range of applications and application-optimized module options for 4 SMU modules in the smallest space (1 U).

The mainframe PZ2100A offers 4 slots for up to 20 SMU channels. The PZ2100 series includes 5 different SMU module types.

  • PZ2110A High-Resolution SMU with 1.25 MSa/s, 10 fA, 210 V, 315 mA DC/pulse
  • PZ2120A High-Speed SMU with 1 MSa/s, 100 fA, 60 V, 3.5 A DC/10.5 A pulse
  • PZ2121A High-Speed SMU with 15 MSa/s, 100 fA, 60 V, 3.5 A DC/10.5 A pulse
  • PZ2130A 5 Channel Precision SMU with 100pA, 30V, 500mA DC
  • PZ2131A 5 channel Precision SMU with 500 kSa/s, 10 pA, 30 V, 500 mA DC/pulse

  • Scalable up to 20 channels (depending on the module)
  • SMUs with an integrated encoder/digitizer eliminate the need for additional instruments
  • Large output range of up to 210 V / 3.5 A DC / 10.5 A pulse
  • Low current measurement with high resolution of 10 fA
  • Dynamic / pulsed measurement with 15 MSa/s sampling rate and 10 μs narrow pulse
  • Wide dynamic range with auto-ranging and seamless ranging
  • Intuitive user interface (GUI)
  • SCPI programming via LAN / USB / GPIB for easy adaptation to different environments
  • PathWave IV Curve software enables quick measurements without programming
