The Keysight PZ2100 series high-speed source/measure unit (SMU) PZ2121A is a module for the PZ2100A mainframe.

  • 10 μs pulse width
  • Fast digitizer mode with a sampling rate of up to 15 MSa/s
  • Wide output range up to 60V/3.5A DC/10.5A pulse
  • Large dynamic range with a complete measuring range

In addition to the module presented here, the Keysight PZ2100 series has other modules:
