N5439A | Stock sale - InfiniiMax III ZIF probe head,

The N5439A probe offers a bandwidth of 28 GHz. The advantage of this probe is that the corresponding ceramic probe tips (e.g. N5440A or N5447A) can be soldered into a circuit at different points for a differential measurement. The probe itself can then be plugged onto the tips.

If you order, for example, a N5440A tip with 450 Ω or an N5447A tip with 200 Ω on ceramic carriers, you have a bandwidth of 28 GHz. If the N2838A tip (450 Ω) is used with a PC board carrier, the bandwidth is 25 GHz. There are 5 tips per order number in each pack. The N2838A tip (450 Ω) must be used with the N2803A and N5439A probes.

Note: The N5447A 200 Ω Zif tip is not compatible with the InfiniiMax III+ series probes
