The Keithley AC / DC Power Source 6221 combines ease of use and extremely low power noise . Low power supply is important for applications in test environments, from R&D to manufacturing, especially in the semiconductor, nanotechnology and superconductor industries. Thanks to its high supply accuracy and integrated control functions , the Keithley 6221 is ideally suited for applications such as Hall measurements, resistance measurements in delta mode, pulsed measurements and measurements of the differential conductance.

The Keithley 6200 Series also includes the Keithley 6220 DC source / drain.

  • 1,014 W output impedance ensures stable power supply with variable loads
  • 65,000 point source memory enables comprehensive test current sweeps to be performed directly from the current source
  • Built-in RS -232, GPIB, trigger link and digital I / O interfaces
  • Reconfigurable triax output simplifies adaptation to the requirements of the application requirements
  • Model 220 Emulation Mode Eliminates the need to reprogram existing applications
  • AC source currents from 4 pA to 210 mA peak / peak for AC characterization of components and materials. The update rate of the 6221 10 MHz output update rate produces smooth sine waves up to 100 kHz
  • Built-in standard and arbitrary signal generator with 1 mHz to 100 kHz frequency range. Applications include use as a complex programmable load or sensor signal and to emulate noise
  • Programmable pulse widths of up to 5 μs that reduce power dissipation in sensitive components. Supports pulsed IU measurements up to 50 μs when used with the Model 2182A nanovoltmeter
  • Built-in Ethernet interface for easy remote control without a GPIB control card
