Die GW Instek SPS-A Series bietet eine Kombination aus kompakter Bauform, digitaler Steuerung und präziser Ausgangsregelung. Die Geräte sind mit umfangreichen Schutzfunktionen ausgestattet und ermöglichen eine komfortable Bedienung über das integrierte TFT-LCD-Farbdisplay und den Encoder-Switch-Drehregler.
Die Serie wurde für Anwendungen in Forschung, Ausbildung, Elektronikentwicklung und industriellen Testumgebungen entwickelt. Dank Remote-Sensing und präziser Spannungs- und Stromregelung eignet sich die GW Instek SPS-A Series insbesondere für empfindliche elektronische Prüfaufbauten.
Das GW Instek SPS-2415A stellt bis zu 24 V Ausgangsspannung bei maximal 15 A bereit. Im direkten Vergleich innerhalb der SPS-A Series bildet das SPS-2415A die ausgewogene Mittelklasse zwischen stromstarken Niederspannungsmodellen und hochspannungsorientierten Varianten. Gegenüber dem SPS-1820A bietet das Gerät eine höhere Spannung bei geringerem Strom, während das SPS-3610A und SPS-606A nochmals höhere Spannungsbereiche abdecken. Das SPS-2415A eignet sich dadurch besonders für allgemeine Entwicklungs-, Prüf- und Versorgungsaufgaben mit mittleren Leistungsanforderungen.
