The programmable 3-channel DC power supply units GPP-3060 and GPP-6030 are expansion models of the GW Instek GPP-X323 series with a maximum output power of 385 W.
The GPP-3060 presented here offers 0 ~ 30 V / 0 ~ 6 A on channel 1 / channel 2. The GPP-6030 offers 0 ~ 60 V / 0 ~ 3 A.
The tracking function switches automatically on channel 1 / channel 2 between series or parallel output. Additional wiring is not necessary. Furthermore, channels 1 and 2 can be used as required for power supply or as a load in order to carry out simple battery charge / discharge or load characteristic tests with a single power supply unit.
On both models, channel 3 offers adjustable 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, 5.0 V / 5 A. In addition, channel 3 has a 3 A USB output (Type A) that can be used for USB charging tests.
The two power supply units GPP-3060 and GPP-6030 are characterized by the same high resolution (1 mV / 0.1 mA) and readback resolution (0.1 mV / 0.1 mA) of the GPP series with a low noise behavior ≦ 1 mVrms / ≦ 2 mArms and ≦ 100 μs recovery for output transients. Each channel has an independent on / off switch.
Several display modes, including single-channel or multi-channel set value, measured value and waveform display, which work together with the integrated output monitoring function, allow you to set the monitoring conditions according to your needs, e.g. to generate an alarm or to stop the output during the measurement process.
You can use the output recorder function to record the voltage / current of the output process in the internal memory and save the result as a REC or CSV file and then save it on a USB stick.
With the help of the sequence output function, you can edit the output waves individually and thus set the sequential constant voltage (CV) or constant current (CC) load waveforms.
Note: The GPP-3060 power supply unit is also available as a variant without GPIB (item no. GPP-3060).
