The Profitest Prime redefines efficiency and versatility as the first all-in-one test device for AC and DC networks in electrical systems, machines, switchgear/industrial systems, wind turbines, power generators and e-mobility. With a wide range of applications and versatile testing options, this device significantly reduces the investment costs for the required testing technology.

The seamless integration of the intuitive operating concept from the Profitest Master series makes using the Profitest Prime quick and familiar for users of our previous test devices. This uniform operating concept ensures compatibility with the Profitest series.

For consistent and sustainable management of customer data and measured values, the device offers extensive data management, from the creation of the system structure to logging.

Standard-compliant and safe: The Profitest Prime series carries out all measurement tasks in a standard-compliant and safe manner and enables testing according to a wide variety of different application and product standards, including:

  • DIN VDE 0100-600 / IEC 60364-6
  • DIN VDE 0105-100 / EN 50110-1
  • VDE 0113-1 / DIN EN 60204-1
  • VDE 0660-600-1 / DIN EN 61439-1
  • VDE 0126-23 / DIN EN 62446
  • VDE 0122-1 / DIN EN 61851-1

The wide-range measuring device enables the test device to be used for all alternating current and three-phase networks as well as direct current networks with a voltage of 65 to 800 V.

The main functions include:

  • Voltage measurement up to 1000 V AC/DC
  • Low-resistance measurement for protective and equipotential bonding conductors
  • Insulation measurement up to 1000 V
  • Measurement of the internal network and fault loop impedance
  • Testing of the tripping current and time of the RCD types
