1550C / KIT | Insulation measuring device up to 5kV kit

The Fluke 1550C insulation tester is suitable for digital insulation testing up to 5 kV. It is the ideal device for testing high-voltage equipment such as switchgear, motors, generators and cables. Evaluate trends on the spot, thanks to Fluke Connect.

The Fluke 1550C insulation tester covers the entire range of test voltages in accordance with IEEE 43-2000. The 1550 C is specified for maximum safety according to CAT IV 600 V. With measured value memory and PC interface, the 1550C is the perfect tool for preventive or predictive maintenance programs to identify potential device failures before they occur.

Product features:

  • Increased user safety through a warning display when the mains voltage is present and through automatic display of AC or DC voltage up to 600 V.
  • Test voltage from 250 V to 1000 V in steps of 50 V, over 1000 V in steps of 100 V selectable
  • Up to 99 memory locations for measured values; each location can be assigned a unique, custom label for easy recall
  • Long service life: over 750 tests between battery charges
  • Automatic calculation of dielectric absorption (DAR) and polarization index (PI)
  • Protection system eliminates static voltages and leakage currents when measuring high resistances
  • Easy to read thanks to the large digital / analog display
  • Capacitance and leakage current measurement
  • Ramp function for dielectric strength tests
  • Resistance measurements up to 2T
  • Timer settings up to 99 minutes for time-controlled tests
