The Extech CO270 is a compact, battery-operated CO2 measuring device for monitoring indoor air quality. It reliably measures carbon dioxide, temperature and relative humidity, helping to detect poorly ventilated or overcrowded rooms at an early stage. Thanks to its battery-powered operation, the device is ideal for flexible use in offices, schools, meeting rooms, sales areas, surgeries or public facilities.

The programmable alarm functions allow the CO270 to warn you as soon as a previously defined CO2 threshold value is exceeded - an important tool for ensuring healthy air conditions, greater concentration and a pleasant indoor climate. The ability to evaluate peak and average values from the last 24 hours also helps to optimize ventilation and air conditioning concepts.

The CO270 uses an NDIR CO2 sensor (non-dispersive infrared technology) and offers a wide measuring range from 0 to 9999 ppm. In addition to the CO2 concentration, the device records the air temperature and relative humidity and displays these values clearly. A manual CO2 calibration function is available for long-term stable measurement.

The measuring device is energy-efficient: in normal mode it achieves a battery life of more than six months, in ECO mode over a year. The integrated anti-theft and anti-alteration functions make the CO270 particularly interesting for publicly accessible areas where tampering or unauthorized adjustment should be prevented.
