19057 | Hipot Analyzer DC 12kV / 10mA with 5kV Riso 50GOhm and RS232 interface

Chromas Hipot analyzer / high voltage tester 19057 is a device that is specially designed for the testing and analysis of extremely high dielectric strength.

The series of these 10 kVac / 12 kVdc / 20 kVdc models with an output of max. 20 mA AC / 10 mA DC can test the AC / DC dielectric strength and the insulation resistance with contact testing during the test in the production plant. In addition to the patented OSC (open circuit / short circuit test), a high-voltage contact test has been added to test components with high insulation capability at high-voltage outputs, thus improving test reliability and efficiency.

The Chroma 19057 with residual current circuit breaker was developed to protect the safety of the operating personnel in the event that abnormal earth current (A2-A1) occurs.

The HiPot analyzer has tests for high dielectric strength and analyzes for optocouplers, HV relays, HV switches and PV modules that have better insulation properties.

Charges and discharges must be carried out when testing the DC dielectric strength for capacitive components. The HiPot analyzers have a fast loading function, which can improve test performance during production.

The entire series of HiPot analyzers has a breakdown detection function (ARC). Using the starting voltage, final voltage, number of stages and time, he can analyze discharge stages. A phase assessment is made available in DLA (Discharge Level Analysis) mode to set the inspection for breakdown (ARC) and rollover testing (upper limit). If an error occurs during the test, the 19057 shows the dielectric strength to show the starting voltage of the breakdown (FSV) or breakdown voltage (BDV). External oscilloscopes can also be attached to check the waveform simultaneously during analysis. R&D technicians can perform a product analysis and study and use the test results to improve the weaknesses of the insulation components.
