Description

19055 | Hipot Analyzer AC / DC 5 / 6kV 100 / 25mA 5kV Riso 50GOhm

Thanks to the built-in 500 VA generator, the 19055 can be programmed with a test current of up to 100 mA. The outputs according to EN 50191 are potential-free, which prevents dangerous currents in the event of accidental contact to earth potential.

Motor: The HiPot analyzers with 500 VA nominal output of the 19055 series can be used to test and analyze the dielectric strength of high power and leakage current for products such as motor stands and motor rotors with high parasitic capacitance. Mica detection can be used for turn tests or turn body tests to prevent winding insulation from failing due to glow discharge.

Transformer: If a mains transformer is used at normal voltage, a possible glow discharge on the primary side could damage neighboring components.

High-voltage capacitor, optocoupler & insulating material: If there are gaps, empty spaces or impurities in the molding during production, this can impair the insulating ability. The AC / DC / IR tests can be programmed with a 500 VA nominal output in accordance with EN50191 requirements at 5 kV / 100 mA. ice for more details.)

Regarding the contact test during the HiPot test, the Chromas 19055 series is equipped with a new high-frequency contact test (HFCC) function in addition to the open circuit / short circuit test (OSC). Contact reliability during HiPot testing can significantly improve test reliability and efficiency.

For practical use, the Chroma 19055 has a large LCD screen for operation and assessment. In addition, a residual current circuit breaker circuit to protect people and a potential-free output prevent operators from being exposed to electrical hazards.
