On September 25, 2025, dataTec, together with technology partners such as NI, Keysight, Chroma, EA Elektro-Automatik, FLIR, Gossen Metrawatt, Tektronix, and many other industry leaders, will host the very first dataTec Innovation Day in Stuttgart.
Engineers, developers, technicians, users, and decision-makers are invited to spend the day exploring forward-looking trends, technologies, and challenges in the field of testing and measurement. As part of a compact tabletop-style exhibition, exhibitors will showcase their latest hardware and software solutions – hands-on and application-oriented. The event will also feature a high-quality lecture program with 25 expert presentations, structured into four main topic areas:
Whether ISO 15118, EV charging tests, or high-performance measurements with oscilloscopes – the program of lectures covers a broad range of topics. Partners like Chroma, Keysight, Gossen Metrawatt, FLIR, NI, and many more will demonstrate through practical examples how modern measurement technology is driving transformation in the electronics industry. A special highlight is the keynote by Dr. Hubert Zitt, lecturer in computer science and microsystems technology at Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences and a renowned science communicator. Under the title "Star Trek meets Testing and Measurement Technology", he will illustrate in an informative and entertaining way how technological visions from science fiction, such as sensors, voice control, automation, or communication, have already become part of today’s real-world technology. His presentation builds a bridge between futuristic thinking and engineering practice – an inspiring session for everyone shaping the future of technology.
“The demands on test and measurement are increasing rapidly – be it due to robotics, AI, more complex standards, or faster innovation cycles,” explains Markus Kohler, Executive Board Member at dataTec AG. “Our Innovation Day is a platform for everyone who wants to experience, discuss, and help shape the technology of tomorrow – today.”
Participation in dataTec Innovation Day is free, but the number of places is limited. Early registration is recommended. All details can be found at: https://www.datatec.eu/de/en/innovationstag.
