dataTec founds the joint venture "AyscomdataTec S.E." together with the distributor Ayscom, which is established in Spain. 

The aim of the joint venture is to provide very good advice to customers coupled with fast delivery within 24 hours for most products. Through optimised delivery processes, a significantly larger stock, effective business processes and a lean structure, dataTec and AyscomdataTec are thus optimally positioned. 

The company is managed by Pedro Martin, who previously also held the management of Ayscom.
