TT-SX 9001 | Probe, active, 100:1, 30MHz, 700V

The high-voltage differential probe TT-SX 9001 enables the use of conventional grounded oscilloscopes for floating signal measurements up to 700 V differential or common mode voltage. Avoid grounding problems when measuring floating voltages. The TT-SX 9001 active differential probe can handle high voltages up to 70V in the 10x setting and up to 700V in the 100x setting. The range of possible applications includes power measurement and control. The probe is compatible with any oscilloscope that has a 1 MΩ BNC input and operates at a bandwidth of up to 30 MHz. Operation can be via oscilloscope USB connection, internal batteries or via a power pack.
