Who buys a car without a test drive? A mattress without trying it out? Or a kitchen without first visiting a kitchen showroom? Exactly. We think you should simply test drive our measuring technology. At your leisure. At least so thoroughly that you can be sure you've found the best solution for your needs. Because there is one thing that the advice of our 20 experts in the field or the expertise of our colleagues in customer management simply cannot offer: Experiencing your desired product live at your workplace. But we also have a solution for this: welcome to our test device service!
Let's say you have your eye on a measurement solution for your requirements, but are not yet 100 per cent sure. This is a wonderful situation for us. This is the best way for us to prove to you how serious we are about our promise to do everything we can to find the ideal solution for your measuring task. How does the test device service work at dataTec? Below we describe all the steps that will lead you to your ideal measurement solution.

When you call question.
It starts with our Technical Competence Centre, which will ask about your requirements, expectations and ideas. After all, we want to be sure that the model you have enquired about is exactly the one that is best suited to you. If necessary, the centre will also advise you on a different test device. But as always, you decide in the end.

Now comes a form.
As soon as it is clear which test device you will receive from us, we will send you a form: Yes, sorry, it has to be - but it only takes a few minutes to fill in, we promise. We will then have the most important information in written form. And you are one step closer to your measurement solution.

You order.
It is a test device for you. To ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, we treat it just like a normal order. In other words, we create an order for you. Now it comes down to this: Do we have the product in stock? Perfect, then we simply send it to you directly. With 1,500 m2 of storage space and over 15,000 devices in stock, there's a good chance that this will work. But even if we don't have your test device in stock, it won't be any trouble for you. We will check for you whether the manufacturer can provide a test device.

We deliver.
The parcel will be sent to you by us or our supplier. We at dataTec will make sure that it arrives on the desired date. By the way, there are practically no restrictions when it comes to the price of the goods. You get your chance to try it out, even if we are talking about goods worth several thousand euros.

Five days for testing. Or longer.
The test phase begins when the test device is on your desk. Not when it has been delivered. From then on, you can take five working days. In our experience, this should be enough time to find out whether the test device is the best choice for you. By the way, we won't leave you alone during this time. We will help you set it up, answer any questions you may have about operation, take care of anything else that needs to be clarified - and, of course, we look forward to hearing your impressions and judgement. If you are satisfied, we will simply provide you with a quote. After all, this means that we have done everything right together.

Is it well received? Then it's new.
Now it's perfect if you not only like the test device, but also our offer. Because then we will send you a brand new one and you can get straight to work.
