The passive Tektronix probes TPP1000, TPP0500B, TPP0502 and TPP0250 are universal probes with a high bandwidth. Designed for use with Tektronix MDO3000, MDO4000, MSO / DPO5000, and MSO Series 5 oscilloscopes, these probes offer an analog bandwidth of up to 1 GHz with a capacitive load of less than 3.9 pF.
