Description

THDP0100 | Differential probe; 100 MHz Tekvpi Differential High Voltage Probe

The THDP0100 is a high voltage resistant probe from Tektronix for precise and safe floating measurements. With a differential dynamic range up to ±6000 V and a bandwidth of up to 100 MHz, it enables accurate measurements with rapid signal changes. The probe has an overrange indicator for visual and audible warnings when the linear range is exceeded. Safety certified and equipped with switchable attenuation and bandwidth limitation, the THDP0100 is ideal for applications in switching power supplies, motor drives, electronic ballasts, CRT displays and power converters.
