The Tektronix MCA3000 series microwave analyzers are characterized by their excellent frequency and time resolution with a very short acquisition time of 25 ms (auto) or zero (manual) and come standard with an internal memory, a fast data transfer rate of 250k samples/s and an integrated power meter. In addition to the main measurement, the multi-parameter display also shows auxiliary measurements so that you can see all the results you need at a glance. With extensive analysis modes including measurement statistics, histograms and trending, the microwave counters are essential for validating today's complex designs. For calibration and measurement applications, the MCA3000 Microwave Counter offers very high accuracy through a stable internal OCXO time base, low systematic time interval AB error and high resolution.
In addition to the MCA3027 variant presented here with a maximum frequency of 27 GHz, the microwave analyzers of the Tektronix MCA3000 series are also available with a frequency of 40 GHz (item no.: MCA3040). Both variants have a time resolution of 100 ps and a frequency resolution of 12 digits.
