TCA-VPI50 | Stock sale - TekVPI to TekConnect adapter for 50 Ω probes (DT2621_2304_L)

The Tektronix TCA-VPI50 adapter expands the functionality of the adapters of the TCA adapter series by enabling the use of 50 Ω TekVPI probes on oscilloscopes with TekConnect interfaces. The TekVPI interface is used in desktop and power oscilloscopes from 100 MHz to 3.5 GHz, and previously TekVPI probes could only be used in oscilloscopes with a TekVPI probe interface. The TCA-VPI50 only works with 50 Ω probes.
