The FF-1000A is an optically isolated probe from PMK’s FireFly series and was developed for precise measurements in modern power electronics applications with higher switching frequencies. With a bandwidth of 1 GHz, it is particularly well-suited for systems where high signal integrity, low interference, and reliable galvanic isolation are critical.

Thanks to its optical isolation, the FF-1000A enables precise, low-noise measurements even in demanding environments. Its high temperature stability ensures minimal drift during operation and guarantees reliable measurement results even during long-term testing. As part of the FireFly series, the probe offers the same high measurement performance as the top-of-the-line FF-1500A and can be seamlessly integrated into existing measurement setups.

The FF-1000A was specifically developed for applications with higher switching frequencies, such as onboard and offboard charging systems for electric vehicles or the power supply for modern server racks. In addition, it is fully compatible with FireFly A-Series accessories.
