The FF-0600A is an optically isolated probe from PMK’s FireFly series and was specifically developed for measurement tasks in SiC power electronics applications with moderate switching frequencies. With a bandwidth of 600 MHz, it enables the precise capture of fast switching events while also supporting low-noise measurements on demanding power electronics systems.
Thanks to its optical isolation, the FF-0600A is particularly well-suited for measurements that require high potential differences and reliable galvanic isolation. Its high temperature stability reduces temperature-induced drift during operation and makes the probe suitable for long-term measurements and repeatable test sequences.
Typical applications include photovoltaic systems, power electronics for robotics applications, household appliances (or “white goods”), and electric train drive systems. In addition, the FF-0600A is compatible with FireFly A-Series accessories. Existing probes, adapters, and power supplies can therefore continue to be used without the need for additional accessories.
