893-700-START | SKID-L Starter Kit, BoardTester (340 x 300 mm)

SKID is a unique platform that meets a wide variety of testing and debugging requirements. The system allows a modular structure, so that every user can adapt it flexibly to their application.

The frame has a clamping device that can hold cards up to 160 x 160 mm. This corresponds to the standard form factor 3U. Smaller boards can of course also be tensioned. The spacers - PCBA Spacers - are positioned so that many geometric shapes can be tested.

After clamping, the circuit board is fixed about 10 mm above the frame. This ensures better access to the test object and simplifies handling. SKID has 90 mm long legs, which makes it possible to contact the test object simultaneously from above and below. Standard M6 threads are found distributed around the frame to mount probes, lamps, magnifying glasses or other equipment.

Depending on the configuration, SKID can be used for environmental tests in climate test chambers for temperatures from -55 to + 150 ° C.
