785832-01 | NI PXIe-5841, VST with extended LO synthesizer

The PXIe-5841 is a vector signal transceiver (VST) with an instantaneous bandwidth of 1 GHz. The product combines a vector signal generator, vector signal analyzer and the capabilities of a serial high-speed interface with FPGA-based processing and control in real time. The PXIe-5841 offers the flexibility of software defined radio (SDR) architecture with the power of RF test equipment. The VST combines the high measuring speed and the compact form factor of a test system in the production environment with the flexibility and performance of stand-alone measuring devices for research and development. The PXIe-5841 is optionally equipped with a powerful LO module to optimize phase noise, measurement times and EVM performance. The VST can be used for testing various cellular and wireless standards such as Wi-Fi 6 and 5G NR. In addition, the compact 2U PXI Express form factor of the PXIe-5840 can be easily expanded for MIMO configurations.
