Ask Nigel to explain functions in LabVIEW and TestStand, find examples and settings, or assist with configuration. Nigel can also answer questions about NI hardware, for example about connectors or pin functions, and provides information on general test and measurement practice.
Eliminate time-consuming code searches: Nigel accelerates your test development.
NI’s development and application software is a core element of automated test environments. The use of LabVIEW and TestStand structures test sequences and enables code reuse. In addition, you gain insight into system utilization and enterprise data. This helps you optimize the test process.
TestStand is a ready-to-use application software for test management with flexibly configurable test sequences, integrated debugging tools, and automatic report generation for every requirement. LabVIEW provides a graphical programming environment for the rapid development of automated validation and production tests.
Note:
Nigel will continue to evolve over time and become more intelligent. No update of your LabVIEW or TestStand version is required. The AI models are trained in the backend, ensuring that you remain connected to your system and continue to increase efficiency.
According to NI, Nigel was designed for use in enterprise environments and uses modern AI models operated on a Microsoft Azure infrastructure. The implemented security and data protection measures follow the standards customary for enterprise software.
