The PXIe-5111 oscilloscope features two channels with a maximum sample rate of 3 GS/s and flexible, programmable settings for coupling, input impedance, voltage range, and filtering. PXI oscilloscopes also have multiple trigger modes, large onboard memory, and an instrument driver that enables high data throughput and includes analysis capabilities. The device is ideal for automated and semi-automated applications that require flexible measurement configurations and an analog bandwidth of up to 350 MHz. The PXIe-5111 features advanced PXI-based synchronization and data throughput capabilities. Some models also support CableSense technology, which detects and locates errors, changes and discontinuities in the signal path.
