The PXIe-4137 is a high-precision system SMU (Source Measure Unit). It has four-quadrant operation, delivers a DC power of max. 20 W and a pulse power of up to 500 W. The analog-to-digital converters and integrated triaxial connectors enable high-precision measurements with a current resolution of 100 fA and fast data acquisition with up to 1.8 MS / s. The module also ensures maximum stability and measurement accuracy using SourceAdapt technology, which enables the transient behavior to be individually adapted to the properties of any load. The PXIe-4137 is suitable for a wide range of applications including manufacturing testing, board-level testing, and laboratory characterization using devices such as ICs, PMICs, and RFICs, as well as discrete components such as LEDs and optical transceivers.
