782856-02 | NI PXIe-4139, System SMU, with NI SourceAdapt

The high-precision SMU (Source Measure Unit) PXIe-4139 works in four-quadrant operation and outputs a power of up to 40 W direct current. This module has A / D converters that help you perform high-precision measurements with a current resolution of 100 fA or with fast data acquisition with up to 1.8 MS / s. The module ensures maximum stability and measurement accuracy using SourceAdapt technology, which enables the transient response to be individually adapted to the characteristics of any load. The PXIe-4139 is suitable for applications such as production testing, board level testing, and laboratory characterization using devices such as ICs, PMICs, and RFICs, as well as discrete components such as LEDs and optical transceivers.
