780587-15 | NI PXIe-2515, high-speed switch module with 32 channels for parametric tests

The PXIe-2515 multiplexer switch module enables high-speed digital I / O signals to be routed between a device under test and a high-speed digital I / O device or device for parametric measurements. Modules such as PXI SMUs and PXI digital multimeters can be used with high speed digital devices. With the PXIe ‑ 2515, parametric tests can be easily performed on digital lines without the need for an external connection or resistance mismatches.
