The PXI ‑ 6521 is an industry ‑ compatible digital I / O module with high channel-wise isolation and industry standard logic levels with 24 V. The PXI ‑ 6521 requires a coded connector to ensure increased security. In the event of a computer or application error, digital I / O watchdogs on the PXI ‑ 6521 ensure that the PXI ‑ 6521 goes into a configurable, secure output state in order to detect malfunctions and enable the system to be restored safely. The module also offers programmable switch-on states, digital filters and functions for detecting status changes for optimal application execution.
