MS-POE | MicroScanner POE Cable Verifier

The most modern MicroScanner generation Fluke Networks cable verifier POE verifies voice, data and video cables as well as service with an extremely comfortable user interface.

The MicroScanner Cable Verifier series simplifies the tests of the cables and not only takes over the result data from the formerly four different test modes, but also displays them all at once: graphical wiring display, cable coding and end devices on the other side of the cable. The MS POE also supports almost any type of low-voltage cable test without additional adapter accessories. The result is less testing time and fewer errors by technicians. This means that high-quality installations can be implemented much more efficiently than before.

Product features:

  • Quickly determine whether a problem is caused by a faulty or disconnected cable, insufficient power supply, or a powered device (PD).
  • Information for the network engineer to investigate possible switch configurations or malfunctions.
  • PoE Switch Verification - Determination of whether a switch port can supply sufficient voltage by reporting the PoE class (0-8).
  • Powered Pairs - Graphically displays power pairs, including dual signature, where the switch port is supplying power to 2 or 4 pairs (802.3bt or PoE ++).
  • Active switch detection - Determines if a cable is connected to a switch port and the connection speed is up to 10G.
  • Cable Tests - Identify short, open, or crossed wires on both ends, as well as the length of each pair, and send tones to locate cables.
  • Validate and examine your Industrial Ethernet copper cabling
  • PoE injector test - displays the injector voltage level
