The measurement of high-frequency near fields from 100 kHz to 3 GHz directly on electronic assemblies provides assistance in reducing interference emissions. The amplifiers enable measurements with very small near-field probes with high sensitivity at the same time. Very weak fields, such as in the automotive sector, can be measured with high spatial resolution.

Ideal for any spectrum analyzer or oscillograph.
