G000300 | LEON-301 Bench 18 ICT/FCT Base ICT/FCT Bench Base System 18 Slots 172 CH

The LEONBench test system is a flexible and scalable test system that features excellent signal integrity and a high-quality interface for test fixtures. This is achieved by combining a wireless connection of ABex modules with Virginia panel connectors. The system is optimized for high pin count test applications. It can also be optionally equipped with vacuum and pneumatics. The support of multi-level adapters enables separate contact levels for FCT and ICT. The Konrad ITA (Interchangeable Test Adapter) framework allows various adapter manufacturers around the world to build custom adapters for the LEONBench.

Up to 15U of additional rack space accommodates a range of high-performance measurement devices from different manufacturers. An integrated power distributor takes care of the switching on and off sequence.

As part of the LEON family, the LEONBench is based on the ABex platform, which integrates PXI/PXIe and Konrad analog bus technology directly into one chassis.
