The Keysight Y1900D precision 1.0 millimeter ruggedized-coax-to-ruggedized-coax adapter offers a simple way of connecting two ruggedized 1.0 mm male connectors on instruments at higher frequencies. It is designed for the measurement of components with 50 ohms and frequency range from DC to 120 GHz.
