The Keysight FieldFox N9913C is a handheld RF analyzer known for its lightness and durability. Weighing just 3.4kg, it is easy to transport and ideal for use in the field.

This device is software defined and can be configured as a cable and antenna analyzer, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer and more. It offers high performance for spectrum and network analysis from 3 kHz to 4 GHz.

The FieldFox N9913C allows you to capture elusive signals with a gapless, real-time bandwidth of up to 120 MHz. It allows all four S-parameters to be measured simultaneously with a dynamic range of 115 dB. In addition, you can take accurate spectrum analyzer measurements (± 0.3 dB) without the need for a warm-up period.

The device is also capable of over-the-air measurements for 5G NR and LTE. With GPS/GNSS you can use geolocation and time stamping.

Included with the base unit are a cable and antenna tester (CAT), an AC/DC adapter, a local power cord, a rechargeable Li-ion battery, a soft carrying case with backpack and shoulder straps, and a quick start guide.

With FieldFox handheld software you can make your FieldFox handheld analyzer even more powerful. You can configure the device as a VNA, spectrum analyzer, built-in power meter, vector voltmeter and more. The software can be ordered pre-installed or updated on an existing device.
