The Keysight FieldFox N9912C is a robust, portable RF analyzer from the FieldFox C series. It has been specially developed for field use and combines laboratory measurement accuracy with maximum flexibility. Thanks to its software-defined architecture, the N9912C can be expanded at any time using a license key - without the need for additional hardware or sending in the device.
Compared to the other models in the FieldFox C series (N9913C, N9914C, N9915C), the N9912C is the most flexible basic model: It covers either 4, 6.5 or 10 GHz via software options and can be expanded both in frequency range and applications (CAT, VNA, SA, RTSA, etc.) can be expanded step by step. The N9913C, N9914C and N9915C models, on the other hand, are each designed for a fixed maximum frequency range (4 / 6.5 / 10 GHz) and therefore offer fewer options for subsequent adaptation. This makes the N9912C particularly suitable as a future-proof, freely configurable platform for individual upgrade concepts.
Network analysis is used, for example, in stability tests, to characterize components or to measure the frequency respon...
