N9000B CXA | Signal/spectrum analyzer, 9 kHz to 3/7.5/13.6/26.5 GHz, multi-touch

The spectrum analyzer N9000B CXA (Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Analyzer) has essential test functions for a wide variety of communication standards. It thus forms the basis for particularly cost-efficient signal characterization for IoT applications, training purposes and universal measurement tasks in research and development.

With the 89600 VSA analysis software, the signal analyzer is optimally adapted to your measurement requirements. More than 75 signal standards and demodulation functions are available in order to be able to test new developments very quickly and without tediously setting up new signal standards. Appropriate upgrades and extensions ensure that your signal analyzer stays up to date and can handle your current and future measurement tasks.

Like all X-Series instruments, the N9000B Spectrum Analyzer is very easy to use, streamlining your test procedures and reducing errors. Most applications can be called up in just two steps on the touch display. To ensure that the devices in the X-series are interchangeable, they are equipped with the same programming code, so that once the test software has been designed, it can be used from development through production to the test field and service. This enables savings throughout the design development process.
