The ceramic probe tip N5447A applies only a small impedance to the signal to be tested. This probe tip can be soldered to an IC or into the circuit. With the ZIF head N5439A to be used, the tip can remain on the test object while the ZIF head is plugged into another ZIP tip.

Delivery:

One package contains 5 200 Ω ceramic tips with additional plastic holders to make it easier to solder the tip connections into the circuit.
