The Keysight CX3300A Series is a powerful all-in-one solution for the precise analysis of dynamic current and voltage waveforms in modern electronic systems. The instruments combine the high bandwidth and sampling rate of an oscilloscope with the sensitivity of a digital multimeter and the long-term recording capabilities of a data logger. This allows even the smallest current changes, inrush currents, voltage dips, and long-term trends to be reliably captured and analyzed.
The series was specifically developed for applications in the fields of IoT, embedded systems, semiconductor development, automotive, medical technology, wearables, and power integrity analysis. It supports both design validation and troubleshooting and optimization of power supplies, power management systems, and energy-efficient circuits. Differences from the CX3322A model
The CX3324A is the top-of-the-line model in the CX3300A series and features four analog measurement channels. Additionally, the device can be expanded with eight digital channels using the optional CX1152A Digital Channel Interface. This makes the CX3324A particularly suitable for complex measurement tasks where multiple current and voltage waveforms must be captured simultaneously and synchronized with digital signals.
Compared to the CX3322A, the CX3324A offers twice as many analog channels as well as the ability to integrate digital trigger and logic signals. Both models share the same platform, analysis functions, bandwidth options, and memory depths.
