The Keysight CX3300A series is an all-in-one solution for the precise analysis of dynamic current and voltage waveforms. It combines the high bandwidth and sampling rate of an oscilloscope with the sensitivity of a DMM and the long-term recording capabilities of a data logger.
The series is particularly well-suited for power rail characterization, power integrity analysis, design validation, and debugging of IoT, mobile, wearable, automotive, medical, and semiconductor applications. Typical measurement tasks include capturing inrush currents, sleep/wake-up behavior, small current changes, supply voltage dips, and long-term trends.
Differences to the CX3324A variant
The CX3322A is the 2-channel variant of the CX3300A series and is suitable for precise current and voltage measurements on up to two analog channels.
Compared to the CX3324A, it offers fewer channels: The CX3324A has four analog channels and additionally supports eight digital channels with the CX1152A interface. The CX3322A has no digital channels.
