B1500A | Semiconductor Device Analyzer Mainframe

The Keysight B1500A Semiconductor Device Parameter Analyzer is a high-precision, modular measurement system for complete electrical characterization of semiconductor devices. The system supports current-voltage (IV), capacitance (CV), pulse and transient measurements in a single device and is suitable for both basic and advanced applications in research, development and production.

The modular architecture with up to 10 slots allows the device to be flexibly configured and upgraded as required. The user-friendly, touchscreen-based software platform EasyEXPERT group+ enables automated, repeatable tests with hundreds of ready-made application measurements. This streamlines the entire measurement process from setup and execution to analysis and data management.

With its outstanding resolution down to the attoampere range, fast pulse capabilities, high voltage stability and comprehensive software integration, the B1500A is the complete solution for precise characterization of semiconductors, materials, passive/active devices and more.
